• Soup of the day, served with bread
• Grilled sardine fillets, garlic crostini with salsa verde
• Torta with potatoes, artichokes, spring onions, red peppers, wild mushroom and pesto
• Cannelloni filled with peppers, mozzarella and aubergine caviar and glazed with goat's cheese and tomato coulis
• Caesar salad with char-grilled chicken and basil pesto
• Pan-fried calves liver, smoked bacon, mash potatoes and onion gravy
• Grilled salmon or sea-bass with spring onion, chilli and ginger, served with crusted new potato and spinach
• Roasted peppered rib-eye with red wine sauce, served with deep-fried purple onions and thick-cut chips

Desserts

• Selection of cheeses
• Raspberry creme brulee
• Bittersweet chocolate tart with vanilla ice cream
