THE REVENGE
DAN AVERY + ESSER (LIVE) + POP CAMPAIGN (LIVE)

The Revenge began producing in his early teenage years, making a skewed blend of electronic music using a couple of his dad’s old drum machines, a 4 track and a sampler.

After dipping his toe in the water of hardcore rave production as a kid, Graeme set up his first label (Five20East) with close friends Scott and Ross Langley in 1999 during his studies in sound engineering.

Now producing for over 15 years, Graeme continues to put his fingers to work on a variety of projects in the studio aswell as touring as a DJ most weekends. Recent work has included music for DFA, Buzzin’ Fly, Domino, Pokerflat, MCDE, Dessous and Silver Network aswell as forthcoming album productions (May 2011) for Delusions Of Grandeur and Z Records.

Description

The Nest describe themselves as:-

"In late 2010, The Nest opened in an intimate, 350 capacity basement in Dalston with the aim to create a new clubbing space focused on progressive electronic music. With forward thinking line-ups, quality sound and a captivating atmosphere, the creative minds behind the venue set to work on achieving just that.

While some of the most prolific electronic club nights are housed in The Nest’s basement brickwork, it’s the intimate dance floor, minimal lighting and huge Martin Audio soundsystem that set the hands-in-the-air euphoric tone; so whether your night is sound-tracked by one of our exciting, underground residents or a dance music veteran, The Nest vibe is always on point."
