Hackney Homes have recently extended the deadline for the Tenancy Agreement Conditions Consultation. Council tenants now have until 10 February 2012 to have a say on the new proposals.

There are a number of changes proposed to update the conditions of the tenancy, taking into account recent changes such as legislation and good practice. In addition, more robust conditions allow the Council to take more effective action when required.

Council tenants are asked to send their feedback on the consultation using the questionnaire sent out to all addresses. Comments can also be made via the Hackney Homes website www.hackneyhomes.org.uk or by obtaining a consultation pack at any of the local Neighbourhood housing offices.
